Aurora Home Design reviews your request, asks for additional details or photos if needed, and discusses next steps based on the project type and scope.

Some projects may require an on-site review. We will discuss this during the initial communication.

Estimate and Scheduling

You receive quote-related information or scheduling discussion based on the project scope, availability, materials, and site conditions.

Final pricing is confirmed directly — not guaranteed until agreed. Scheduling is based on availability and project requirements.

Service Work

The agreed work is completed based on the confirmed scope, availability, access to the property, and materials. We work carefully and communicate throughout.

Work may depend on property access, material availability, existing conditions, and the agreed scope.

Final Review

The customer can review completed work and discuss any final project details. We want the result to match the agreed scope and meet your expectations.

Any questions or follow-up items can be discussed directly after the work is completed.
